General Terms and Conditions for lessons
At Binck Padel, we offer padel lessons for everyone! Please read all the lesson terms and conditions carefully below.
The current lesson dates can be found on the padel lessons page.
Nederlandse versieRegistration and Participation
Each player within a lesson group must register individually. When registering as a complete group, each player registers once individually, stating the names of the other group members.
For individual (separate) registrations, Binck Padellessen will ensure placement in a suitable group, based on factors including playing level, age, motivation, and availability.
After the first two weeks of lessons, Binck Padellessen reserves the right to make changes to the group composition if there is an excessive difference in level within a lesson group.
Binck Padellessen aims to place participants on their stated preferred days and times. However, the stated unavailabilities are decisive for the final grouping.
From the moment the lesson schedule has been sent, a payment obligation arises for each registration, even if the lessons cannot be attended (in full) due to unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellation
Cancellation of registration is free of charge until the moment the final lesson schedule is sent. This schedule will be sent in the week preceding the start of the lesson series. After the lesson schedule has been sent, cancellation is no longer possible and the participant is liable for the full lesson fee.
In the event of illness or injury of the participant, no refund of the lesson fee will be granted. It is permitted to have a substitute participate, provided this person’s playing level is appropriate and this has been coordinated in advance with the lesson group.
Payment and Invoicing
Payment of the lesson fee is made by invoice or via iDEAL. Invoices must be paid in full within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date.
If payment is not made within the specified period, the participant will be in default by operation of law. Binck Padellessen reserves the right to:
- (temporarily) exclude the participant from further lessons;
- charge any (extra-)judicial collection costs to the participant.
All costs arising from this will be borne entirely by the participant.
Lesson Duration and Organization
A lesson hour has a duration of sixty (60) minutes. The instructor reserves the right at all times to take short breaks between lessons for restroom use or for eating and/or drinking.
If a training session is cancelled due to illness of a trainer, this session will always be rescheduled at a later date to be determined. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, make-up lessons may take place during weekends and/or holiday weeks.
Lesson Times
Youth padel lessons are given from Monday to Friday between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., with the exception of Wednesday, when lessons take place between 1:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Adult padel lessons are given from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., and on Saturday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

Participation in the lessons is entirely at one’s own risk.
